This Special Memorial Marker Urns can be used as a Pet Memorial Marker or as a Pet Burial Urn. 

Pricing of urn includes:

1. Individual cremation and return of the ashes in your receptacle
2. Collection from and return of ashes to Vet Clinics or Animal Hospitals during normal business hours in existing daily run sheet
3. Complimentary plaque
4. Certificate of Cremation
5. Please note that pricing is for companion pets less than 40kg
6. Pets over 40kg are charged at $2.00 per extra kg
7. Private home collections and returns are incur delivery charges
